Namkeen is very delicious, spicy and salty term which began from the south Asian culture which is specifically INDIA. Namkeen is also have a unique form which we called national namkeen which is belong to Bikaner (in Rajasthan) where the first ever namkeen was formed and then it get sent other parts of the country to get the savory and delicious taste, that is the short mold history of namkeen which is started from the place Bikaner stated in Rajasthan under the reign of Maharaja Shri Dungar Singh.
The first and foremost namkeen which is created by the bikaneris(people of Bikaner) in 1877 is Bikaneri Bhujia which is also called the national namkeen of our country. The taste of Rajasthan is famous all around the country even now it has been famous and renowned all over the globe. Specially the place called Bikaner where it all started is having a tremendous style and taste in namkeens and also the spices.
Bikaneri Bhujia formed by the greatness of chick pea flour & special Bikaneri Mirch fried in fresh edible oil. All the ingredients are the prime ingredients which is used to make this “the namkeen of the nation”. Bikaneri Bhujia is like our tradition which we have to follow and just try to form new and unidentical namkeen.
This is not it the spices to make bikaneri bhujia and all other namkeens which was made at out old times specially have that common taste which is more likely to be spicy. All the past namkeen have the essence of spiciness and the same type of taste in it but now a days all the companies taken a smart step forward to a brilliant evolution in the taste of the their namkeens because we have advance technology now and also they know strategy to enhance the business and also know what people want in these days. According to these several points today’s generation just not only depend upon the one type of ingredients and spices they make differences in all the other namkeen to make a variety for their customer and also for a great evolution in the taste of the namkeen.
